Hey friends! I am Alex The Real Housemom, a mom/lifestyle blogger here in Tampa Bay. I love to share about my family fun and travels, quick and easy recipes, and just overall parenting tips, although I’m not claiming to be an expert.
We’ve had so much rain this week and I’ve had to get creative with activities for my kids on summer break. But, when the sun is shining you can find us at the beach or by a pool taking in all the greatness that is summer. On the blog, I’m talking about some of my favorite beach essentials, you don’t want to forget!
Here are a few of my favorites from the last week:
This week we celebrated National Chocolate Ice Cream Day (it’s a thing!) with Art of Style & Grace. Wendy shared an amazing Cherry chocolate ice cream recipe for us to make at home! Wow, doesn’t this look amazing!?
This week also included National Running Day and Denise, at Run DMT, gave us Six Way to celebrate! I really wish I had my old running schedule, but three kids have really taken control of my life. Denise’s post has inspired me to get back out on the pavement once this rain clears! After all, it is bikini season!
Last, but certainly not least, I felt I needed to share Caitlyn’s post at Live, Sweat, Sleep because it’s perfect for all these rainy days we’re having right now! She’s talking about the Summer Classic Series going on at the beautiful Tampa Theatre!
