Hi bloggy friends! Famous Ashley Grant here. If we haven’t met before, nice to virtually meet you! On my own blog I write about everything from DIY projects to food and drinks, working anywhere with Wi-Fi, and things going on in my life. If we have met, it’s good to see you again, and thanks for stopping by!
I don’t know about you, but I’m kind of excited to welcome summer. Though I am not a fan of the heat, I sure do love any excuse to hang out poolside with a cold bevvie in my had. Speaking of poolside- my latest post on my own blog is an Epic Guide to Sun Safety. Living in Florida we get to play outside pretty much all year long, but it is that fact that makes it that much more important we keep sun safety on the brain. So, be sure to head over and check out my guide.
Here are a few of my favorite posts from the last week:
First up is Tracy with Having Fun Saving & Cooking. Tracy posted a Healthy Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Sausage and Potato Casserole recipe that just looks amazing! I’ve got to try this one asap. The yummy dish is a comfort food casserole, but she took many of the ingredients and added a healthy spin to it. You gotta love foodies who take the time to make those calorie laden dishes just a little more waistline friendly.
Next is Linda with Linda on the Run. Linda has me dreaming of travel with her post Parknasilla Resort & Spa Review: Paradise on the Ring of Kerry. Imma need a ticket to Ireland like right now, okay? This resort is fit for royalty because as Linda says it looks like a castle. The views, the photos – it has my travel itch itching that much more y’all.
Third is Caitlyn with Live Sweat Sleep Repeat and her review of The Rez Grill at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. Word of warning if you read this review though – you’ll end up hungry, thirsty and if I’m honest – probably drooling. I personally came away from this post with three important words you guys – adult juice pack. What the what?!? Oh yeah – I need to get to Rez to try one of these like yesterday. Who’s coming with me?
Last but not least, is Nichole with Casa de Crews and her delicious recipe for cilantro lime coleslaw. Not only is this dish screaming summertime barbecue to me, it’s low-carb. She says it’s tangy, crunchy and fresh, and it’s making me want to make a big batch this weekend. Just me? I doubt it! Also – Nichole just finished an eBook that she will be sharing with the world soon, so be on the lookout for that.
