Hi, so nice to meet you. My name is Diana, I am the mom to 3 wild haired baby girls and writer of The Gray Ruby Diaries, a blog about all things motherhood. I started blogging as an outlet, a way to find myself in those messy days of motherhood. I had no idea two years ago that today I would be able to connect with so many amazing moms and build this community filled with encouragement and friendship.

This motherhood thing is no easy gig. That is why I try to share real life, the pretty and the not so pretty, and tips to make our days just a tad bit easier. When it comes to eating out with kids, nothing seems easy, but I have some little tidbits that might change that. Even without a babysitter you can still have a great dinner out. Read about how I managed to juggle these 3 little ones in my post EATING OUT WITH KIDS. I give you some great tips to use on your next night out with the family.
I am all about making life easier and so I have a few resources from my fellow bloggers to help you make the most of your time. Here are a few of my favorites from the last week:

There is something so refreshing about getting your hair done. Either a trim or a total new look like my friend Jenn, getting pampered is the ultimate treat. Read all about Jenn’s experience at Femme Akoi Beauty Studio in Dunedin and check out her gorgeous new do on her blog This Jenn Girl. Why spend hours looking for the perfect salon when you can read about her amazing experience. I love Jenn’s new look and the entire feel of the salon. I hope to check it out one day soon.

Jennifer of MetamorFit has some amazing book suggestions now that weather is such a big topic of discussion for little ones. I know my girls are constantly asking about Hurricane Harvey and Jennifer suggests some books to teach your kids, and get them excited, about the weather.

If you have a love of watermelon like I do then you are going to love this Watermelon Salad with Mint and Feta from Nichole of Casa De Crews. It sounds light and refreshing and oh so delicious. This sounds like the perfect dish for these hot Florida days.
