Have you ever thought about becoming your own boss?
Have you ever wondered what it takes to start a business?
Next week, join the Tampa Bay Bloggers and our founder, Denise Mestanza-Taylor of Run DMT at Tampa Bay Start Up Week, a completely new type of conference that builds momentum and opportunity around entrepreneurship – led by local entrepreneurs and hosted in the entrepreneurial spaces you love. It’s motto is “For the community, from the community”.
This FREE event is more like a five day celebration of the community by combining a reflection of your hard work and Tampa Bay’s unique entrepreneurial identity.
Successful entrepreneurial communities feed off of talent, density, culture, capital and a supportive network. When local entrepreneurs share stories—both wins and failures—, their honesty and real passion helps promote and further the success of the Tampa business community. Participants and hungry entrepreneurs can learn from community leaders who will share valuable information about the resources, skills and experts needed to build—and maintain—a healthy startup.
Tampa Bay Startup Week delivers over 70 events led by entrepreneurs through a broad range of programming including fireside chats, panel discussions, happy hours, pitch competitions, job fairs and more. Sponsored and powered by Chase, #ChaseBasecamp is the event’s epicenter, providing a place for participants to network and recharge.
This action-packed week brings thousands of entrepreneurs, local leaders, and friends together to grow our community’s unique entrepreneurial identity. Tampa Bay Startup Week is where Tampa Bay comes to build skills, meet incredible people, and launch successful startups
At last year’s Tampa Bay Start Up Week, over 5,000 people attended dozens of events across Tampa Bay all learning how to be an entrepreneur or how to maintain entrepreneur status in a difficult market. This year promises to be even bigger and better!
And it’s all for FREE!
The week-long free conference runs from February 13-17. Learn more, register and view the schedule at tampabay.startupweek.co.
