Nestled within a golfer’s retreat at Tampa Bay TPC, ¡CUATRO delivers a hole-in-one dining experience for its guests.
Recently, the Tampa Bay Bloggers encountered the four influences of Chefs Michael Toscano and Wes Morton: Mexican, Italian, Cajun and American home cooking. Together, these veteran chefs have created a seasonal menu of layered culinary traditions that celebrates curiosity, passion and Florida’s local ingredients.
Setting the stage for this modern, fusion menu is an architectural design by Alberto E. Alfonso AIA, renowned architect and president of Alfonso Architects. He has re-imagined the traditional golf course clubhouse, restaurant, bar and pro shop along clean, contemporary-inspired lines.
While the food was hole-in-one, the décor and the marble bar was simply ace.
With an eclectic arrangement of tantalizing flavors mixed with incredible hand-crafted cocktails, ¡CUATRO produced a Grand Slam event.
