Happy Friday!

Thanks for joining our weekly #FridaySharefest! Each week for our #FridaySharefest, we spotlight a different blogger to showcase some of the faces in our community of bloggers. This week, I’m baaaaack! Caitlyn here… and I am fully aware that I may never be handed the #FridaySharefest reigns again ::: because this week it’s all about DISNEY!!

This past weekend was Marathon Weekend with runDisney — Thursday morning was a 5K, Friday a 10K, the weekend started with a Half Marathon and ended with a Full Marathon! Also, on Friday, Denise, myself and Jessica were able to attend a blogger event hosted by Cigna & runDisney, repping #TBB!

Now, I really was not kidding about an extra emphasis — they usually say “It all started with a mouse…” but for this post, it all started with a RUN!

I hopped, skipped and jumped my way thru the Half Marathon as Thor… and you will have to go HERE for the rest.

Did you know they also have kid races? Alex, at al2getherFit, shares with us her weekend as her girls ran their own Disney race! Her oldest ran the One Mile Race, and her youngest ran the 400 Meter Dash. Of course a Disney race is not complete without super, cute medals — and snagging one of these yummy treats before heading home! But don’t let the sweets slow you down — see her full post HERE.

John felt my pain out there for the Half Marathon — there were SOOOO many people! But so many fun costumes too! Now, I know I am taking away from the suspense — but John (over at Fat Slow Triathlete) has a great race! He shares his experience HERE and has some big goals he is going to crush for 2016.

Another one of our bloggers was there for the splash and dash on Friday morning! Tara, over at Everyday Ramblings of My Life, ran the 10K with her hubby. Unfortunately, they woke up to a drizzle that morning — which turned to rain — thus making it a splash ‘n dash! Despite mother nature’s attempt to drown out the race, both Tara and her hubs both had great races and cannot wait to do their next one! Plus, Tara earned herself a shiny, new PR! The blogger event was a blast — and I was able to meet April! Her blog is alllll about Disney — tips, tricks, the latest news and how to make your visit the Disney the best. Chatting with her at the #CignaRunTogether event, she shared with us that she will start training and plans to run her first 10K soon!
