Welcome to #FridaySharefest 5/6/16!

Each week for our #FridaySharefest, we spotlight bloggers in our community to showcase some of the faces in our community of bloggers. This week our host is Wendy!

Hi there! I am Wendy with The Art of Style & Grace.  I write about DIY projects, food, home decor and a few random thoughts.  I am happily married to my college sweetheart and I’m a lucky girl. He supports all of my crazy ideas and projects.  He’s often my guinea pig, helping me test new recipes before I share them, like the Flourless Chocolate Cake recipe on the blog this week.

This is my second time hosting Friday Sharefest. It’s one of my favorite things to do because I get to share a few of Tampa Bay’s talented bloggers with you. It’s an amazing group of peeps with very diverse interests and opinions.  So without further adieu, let’s meet a few of them.

First up is Lauren with Outdoorsy Diva I recently met Lauren at a Tampa Bay Blogger event, and was awed by her adventurous spirit.  She told me about a primitive camping trip to an island off the coast of Georgia where they had to back pack in with their gear.  It sounded like an adventure I would enjoy.  Don’t think Lauren only roughs it on her adventures. In a recent post she shared about Glamping at a Florida Dude Ranch.  On this excursion she went horseback riding, made s’mores by the fire and took in an evening at the Rodeo.  She offers tips and a few key suggestions to get the most out the Dude Ranch. I am already looking into making my reservations there.

Next up is Rachel with Small Towns & City Lights.  Rachel offers up her unique perspective on food, entertainment, style and travel.  I am from New England, so it was interesting to read Rachel’s post about her trip to Boston last Fall.  I will admit I got a little homesick when she mentioned Beacon Hill, and Faneuil Hall, two of my favorite spots in the city.  This week she’s sharing a recap of her April goals and setting a few new ones for May.

Last but not least is Krayl with An Appealing Plan.  I am telling you she is Tampa’s very own Martha. I love her clever ideas for entertaining, and the amazing recipes she shares. I read her post on Spring Entertaining Must Have’s and her picks are spot on!

I love that Krayl has also started a subscription service for seasonal decor.  If you are one of those that loves to change up your home seasonally, but your too busy to shop. Let her pick out everything and ship it to you. She has amazing taste. Rumor has it her first box sold out.
